LINCOLN DATA was incorporated in May 1983 in Spokane, WA after the founders designed a PC-based loan servicing system for managing seller-financed loans.  By the end of 1984, the Contract Collection System was installed in Washington, Oregon, California, and Montana.  We now have customers using the system throughout the nation from Alaska to Florida.

The majority of our customers are the escrow/contract collection departments of title companies, escrow companies and commercial banks.  They often provide contract collection services to improve market share in their core business.  Others include investment companies, private lenders and other firms who wish to service their own loans to maintain precise cash flow and delinquency control.
