As an independently owned software company, LINCOLN DATA provides software and software support to firms that service seller-financed loans.  We do not buy notes and do not link the use of our software with note solicitation.  Our company should not be compared with investment companies who may offer contract collection software or provide contract servicing primarily as a means to gain access to the owners of seller-financed notes.
